In 2022, Mr. Danny Williams founded Team Lightning, a Texas based multi-style martial arts team. Sponsored by DWCMAP. Team Lightning has set out to make a mark on the Sport Karate community. Team Lightning will be competing in areas such as sparring, weapons and forms, Team Lightning is comprised of both adult and junior members from diverse backgrounds and continues to be a unique and dominant force in Sport Karate across the Texas. With top finishers in all events Team Lightning members currently hold area and state titles in TKO and The AOK Texas Tournaments. Team Lightning will be attending 10-15 State Tournaments in 2023.
